Clear Speech Specialists, Inc. (herein “CSS”) teaches speech courses, including English pronunciation and accent reduction courses (the “Service”).

This page informs you of CSS’s policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use the Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

CSS uses your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. DEFINITIONS

Service: Service includes any course for learning accent reduction and pronunciation for non- native speakers of English operated by CSS (the “Courses”).

Course: any English pronunciation and accent reduction course for non-native speakers of English operated by CSS.

Personal Data: Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in CSS’s possession or likely to come into CSS’s possession).

Usage Data: Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

Cookies: Cookies are small pieces of data stored on your device (computer or mobile device).
Data Controller: Data Controller means the natural or legal person who (either alone or jointly or in common with other persons) determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal information are, or are to be, processed.

CSS uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on the Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies re sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. If you are located outside Kansas and choose to provide information to CSS, please note that CSS will transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Kansas and process it there. SERVICE PROVIDERS

CSS may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate the Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on CSS’s behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist CSS in analyzing how the Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on CSS’s behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. In the event of an unauthorized use or disclosure by a Service Provider of Personal Data, CSS will not be held responsible or liable in any way.

Payments

CSS may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, CSS uses third- party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). CSS will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to CSS’s third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

The Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by CSS. If you click on a third- party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

CSS does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). CSS does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided CSS with Personal Data, please contact CSS. If CSS becomes aware that CSS has collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, CSS take steps to remove that information from CSS’s servers.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

CSS may update its Privacy Policy from time to time. CSS will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. CSS will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on the Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

REFUND POLICY

CSS is so convinced you’ll absolutely love its services, that CSS is willing to offer a 14-day risk free money back guarantee where if you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can get a refund, less any payment processing fees, within 14 days of making a purchase pursuant to the following terms:
             1. Before a Course begins: you may modify or cancel registration for a Course within 14
                 calendar days from the later of (1) the date of your transaction or (2) the date of receipts
                 of details of the transaction. Provided that in either event, such modification or
                 cancellation is made at least two calendar days before the Course is scheduled.
             2. Once an ongoing Course begins: for a Course whose access is given over an ongoing
                 period and not at once, you may change or cancel registration for such Course within 14
                 calendar days from the later of (1) the date of your transaction or (2) the date of receipts
                 of details of the transaction. In either event, your refund will be relative to the period in
                 which the Course has been provided.
             3. Once any other type of Course begins: other than as provided herein, due to the nature of
                 Services that provide immediate access to the Course contents, changing and / or
                 canceling registration for a Course after gaining access to the Course contents will not be
                 possible and the purchaser will not be entitled to any refund.
